I'm getting it straight from EA sports. I Just received this email from him.

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to update everyone on the status of the program and the
games that will be on the way.

PC VERSION

We found out late yesterday that the PC version of the game has been
delayed, and as a result, those games will not be getting sent off
today. I will let everyone know when we will be able to release the PC
version, and you'll get it a few days before it hits store shelves.

PS2 VERSION

I have received the PS2 version of the game, and I will be sending those
out today to those of you who 1) have the proper hardware, and 2) have
returned your NDAs. If you haven't gotten those in yet, please send
them ASAP. And be sure to let me know what your email address is when
you send your NDA, so I can mark you off my list (which is sorted by
email address).

Note to PS2 players outside North America: We will be happy to send you
PS2 versions of the game if you have the right software. We're not
promising the best connection, since the servers are in the US, but
we're happy to have you participate in this program and would love to
get feedback on your experience from your location. However, at the
moment, we only have access to NTSC versions of the game, not PAL
versions. If you're outside the US or Canada, and you've got a PS2,
please contact me to confirm which type of PS2 you're working with. I
will investigate PAL versions, but I just don't have 'em yet.
