Sliders?

Postby Bredrin on Sun Sep 14, 2003 7:26 am

Does anyone have any info on the kind of sliders that will be in the game. The categories, what can be adjusted? Will game speed/ tempo be adjustable as well as blocks and steals? ball properties etc.?

Can't remember reading anything specific, but the sliders will probably cover game speed, the AI, blocks, steals and field goal percentage. That's just me guessing though.

Judging from the sliders in NHL 2004 and Madden 2004, I'm guessing (or hoping) the sliders in Live will also be very detailed. It sould contain several general aspects of the game and many detailed parts for each aspect. For example, "Offense" will include overall FG%, game speed, outside shooting, inside shooting, dribbling, pass accuracy, rebounding etc, "Defense" will include rebounding, blocks, steals, tightness (or something to that effect), double teams, etc, "Fouls" should have frequency sliders for each foul such as charge, blocking, shooting foul, etc.

Now, this is all my personal speculation so don't get your hopes up.
