IGN gamestore ships NBA Live 2004 for pc 10/7

I was just checking IGN and saw they had all versions of NBA live 2004 shipping at 10/7. I thought NBA live for pc wouldn't be available that soon. Good news.

Might have to update the info in the NBA Live 2004 section. I'll see if I can confirm the new date. It's strange that the PC version would ship so early - it's usually released at least a week later.

Maybe they will delay it later. It happened to me before..

Nothing against IGN but I pre-ordered mine last year at an online store which had an earliest shipping date, only to find out they faked the date to attract more preorders.

The pre-order thing is just so plain and simple. You will get the game as soon as they get the game. There is probably a maximum of 3-4 day difference there. So if a site promises to have you the by mid september, well they are ofcourse lying. They can't get the game before EA releases it anyway.

I've never pre-ordered anything, due to the fact I have no credit card. And probably never will. I will go on an NBA Live 2004 hunting crusade again when the game is about to come out.

I've waited for enough games in my life to know, most of the release dates posted on game sites and on-line stores are crap. IGN does better than most, but even they make up a date if they don't have an official one.

This has gone on for so long I'm supprised as many people take them for real.

madden for the pc came out the same day as the console so its a great possibility guys
