SAVE IN THE MIDDLE OF A GAME LIKE IN NBA 2K11?

Hi Guys,
I was just wondering if someone can put an option to save your game in the middle of the game like in NBA 2K11? If it is possible can someone make one cause I'm just new here so I don'y know anything about patching.

no it is not possible to add a function like that to the PC games.....however, PS2/Gamecube PC emulators will allow you to save your current state....but then you cant use mods.
