I have had this idea for a while now but I just want to see what you guys think.

Ever had a touchy call and would love to just tell the ref? Well EA should implement a cutscene and you can challenge the call (say, by pressing circle or something) and the ref could either just ignore you, Tech Foul you or next time something like that happens you will get the call.

What do ya'll think?

I think it's been posted before. In the live 04 general or one of the wishlist threads. It is a good idea though.

It was discussed in the Technical Fouls thread if I recall correctly. I think it would be better than having random arguments controlled by the CPU, since that would no doubt lead to one too many incidents involving well-behaved players.

But they could have an agreesive rating or something and the higher it is the more times u can choose to challenge the call. But say if it's Duncan the option would hardly ever show up.

Good idea, already been discussed to death. What everyone wants is a challenge call button and people like Ron Artest would get a tech about 30% of the time while people like Timmy D might get it 1% of the time.

but yea...it should be implemented. There should also be an option slider to turn up or down the amount of times u can challenge calls. Like mentioned before, some sort of personality rating should dicate the amount of technical calls u get. It should be in the dbf but not edited ingame..too many ratings ingame would be crappy.
