Refs. and cheerleaders would be nice but I'd rather have great gameplay instead of refs and cheerleaders. I think EA needs to focus a little bit more on the "substance" part of the game instead the of "style," which it has been doing and the quality of the game has suffered. I played NBA Live 96 a few days ago and was amazed at how much more realistic the gameplay was than that of NBA Live 2003.

lol, Live '96 was the 1st live I got and it was a blast...I played it everyday and barely played Sonic since the game totally kicked ass!

anyway, the cheerleaders and ref stuff are kinda extra. They aren't realy needed if you want tohe game to be realistic. After everything else is done, maybe they can work on this.

You can use Mascot's in Live '03, just those patches from that ALK guy. If you never saw them it made actual players like the mascots so you could have your 12th man the mascot and not use him.

I don't like the idea. i think that it would slow the game down too much...
I hope that if they were to add it, then they have an option to be able to tur it off.

The ref was in Live 2001, but it was taken out... I'd like to see the ref again, but I could do without the cheer-leaders. When would we see the cheerleaders in action anyway???

I'd like to see the ref especially if he served a good purpose on the game other then just call every play right. But I've been over this subject a couple times already and I won't be going over it again here.

The ref could have a purpose, the cheerleaders couldn't... If the refs presence does not change the game, then it shouldn't be added either.
