Im so Lost! Bout EAGE

Can anyone tell me how to use EAGE for Mel Fox patches because im sooooooooooo loooooooosssssssssttttttt but i really just want to do the player ones like the "changed players" can anyone please tell me how

oh well umm i just downloaded mines 2day and i couldnt find any EAGE anywhere thats the full file so i found this one with only EAGE.exe and so i cant that internal file . Cant u just tell me?

but i wanna know which of mel fox files are the ones that add players that are not even in the game in the first place( cp3,jose and deron etc...) as players i can use and play with can anyone giv me instructions to do that?

The players themselves are added to the roster files (specifically players.dbf).
