Back to Athens patch...

Hi everyone,
I recently discovered this forum and I went mad! I can't believe how creative you are!
I downloaded the 2004 athens patch, but whenever I click on the Athens desktop icon, it crashes. Does anyone know what I should do to make it work? Do I need to install other files ? (it's maybe very easy to do, but sorry, I am really new to this kind of things
