Jerseys all say "aaaaaa"

The jerseys have no names, just all have 'aaaaaaaaa'. No matter what team or player. Anyone know what's going on?

First of all, ensure that your video card is supported by NBA Live 2004. If it is, try updating your video card driver.
If that doesn't work, download the official bug fix patch from the NBA Live 2004 website.

The thing is, the name's used to be there, but now they aren't.

i know this is of no help, but when i first read the title of this topic i thought it meant something like:

'just throw yo' hands in the air....and wave 'em like you just don't care....And if you love the truth, and you livin proof let the Jerseys all say "aaaaaa"!!!!'

sorry. i syphathize with your gameplay issue, and i don't know how to help, but i had to post this.

Ei CodeRed we have the same problem..,I really don't know why there's an "aaaaa" on the back of their jerseys,what i'm trying to figure out is that maybe we happen to have an illegal copy of that game installed in our system,although I'm quite sure that mine's an original copy coz I bought it in a respective software dealer here in our country..

what you have to do is to maximize all details to maximum particularly the lighting..it happens to me before but when i set the lighting to maximum all players have their last names correctly at their jerseys..hope this helps..

maybe your resolution is low.
