Manu Ginobili cyberface??????????

Hello guys, I know a lot of you are already playing Live 07 by now, but does anyone have a really good patch of Manu Ginobili for 04? I don't really like the one someone released a while back, it looks like his face was stepped on and he looks too tired.
Does anyone have a REALLY REALLY good manu cyberface for Live 04??? I would so appreciated from you guys.
I have posted the same thing in the patching for live 03 because both these games have a really bad manu. Doesn't even look like him!!!!
