Whats with these averages?

Ok so Im going about my 56 game - 5 min/qtr dynasty with the Heat. I simulate on 8 minutes. I use the realistic sliders but on All-Star difficulty. I aint got my 'A Game' just yet.

So why are the total points the only stat that seems to be about the same for all the teams? All the teams are averaging about 65 - 75 points per game but the rebounds vary from about 15 - 32. Yet, the team with the least rebounds, (Atlanta) at 14.9 have got the most steals on average per game at just over 9! Again, the league average varies from 2.1 - 9.1

Why would a team with such defensive awareness as to lead the league in steals be the last team in rebounds although they have not Dampier as their centre. And you all know the stats he has on the boards.

I would've thought that at least one centre would place in the top 5 for blocks in the league leaders. Why then is the top five filled with small forwards? Is there something wrong with my d/base for Live '04, or is this a rather unrealistic bug. If you are going to say get the patch, dont worry, I already have it.

Plz Explain.

Very strange. Well there's always the common explanation, if it's in the game it's in the game
I really don't know. I've never had SF's as blocked shots leaders.
