Freeing up the Power Forward

Hi all. Im new to the forums but not to the NBA Live series. I got a bit of a problem with the Offensive Playbook. I cant find a move where my PF would move to the key and my gaurds sets up the assist at the Perimeter.

At the moment, I try isolating but the CPU Centre sits under the board; when I go the 1-4 High, I can get the ball to the PF but the space is crammed with the Small Forwards. I really need some help because my PF has got some killer stats on the offense but they are to little use. Can you suggest a set play from the offensive playbook to help me out?

Also, does anyone know how to save the 4 preset Playbook moves to custom ones?
