2 roster patches create same roster directory - help

I have 2 different roster patches, both of which create the "000" directory in the saves folder. These rosters are 'exe' files so I do not have the ability to name the folders before loading.

I tried to rename one of the directories to another number after the install but the rosters don't appear to work.

Is there a proper way to do this so that both roster sets will work?

install the first roster, go in the game, load the roster, save it in a new slot. leave the game, install the second roster.
