why aren't technical questions answered?

why isn't anybody answering these technical questions? there must be 20 or 30 post on people having problems with the game crashing to the desktop for various reasons. they reason there are more posts of the game crashing is because the crashing is in different parts of the game and the posters don't know if their problem is the same as the other posters. i see posts of games crashing to the desktop during games or during seasons or franchises. mine crashee when i'm editing players in 'roster management'. sometimes it crashes after 1 or 2 minutes, sometimes it doesn't crash for 3 or 4 minutes, but it always crashes to the desktop. when i originally installed and played this game 2 years ago, it did the same thing and i can't remember what i did to remedy the situation. i think i just re-installed direct x and that solved the problem, but i've done that this time and it doesn't. any help would sure be appreciated so i can play this game until the ncaa patch for nba live 2005 pc comes out.

I am sure if people here knew how to help then they would answer the posts. At the same time, people keep asking questions which were aleady answered so it is like a waste of time when all you have to do is use the search button.

like i mentioned in my post - these questions haven't been answered before because all of the posts show crashing to the desktop in various parts of the game, so it could be a different problem than solved by other 'crash' posts. and yes, i do go through all of the posts to see if my question was asked by someone else or if all of the 'crash to desktop' post questions were answered.
