Retiring a Jersey

Hey, guys, I'm new to this forum but I've been playing NBA Live 2004 for ages on my PC, but I couldn't figure out how to retire a player's jersey after he retires. I mean, I used Shawn Bradley (I like tall guys) and have him earned "most improved", "NBA 2nd team", "NBA 1st team" three times in a row, "NBA defensive 2nd team", "NBA defensive 1st team" three times, and "Defensive player" in a span of 5 years. I think that should qualify, right? Anyway, please tell me how can I retire his jersey? PLEEEEEEEEEEASE!
