name on back o jerseys

how come when i play the game instead of showing the players names on the back of the jerseys, it just shows a bunch of different letters. how do i fix that.

You have to get the official patch for Live 04 I believe to fix that.

Another way is to play around with your detail settings, especially lighting and texutre detail. I had the same problem but this worked for me.
