hello can anyone teach me how to use the dbc? i want to change player confiration

There is no tutorial as such. The DBF editing guides contain all the fields and values that are in the DBF files so that you can make the appropriate changes.

hey man, so what directory and file should i configure? i configured players.dbf and all the rosters was th atlanta hawks.

Another thing cna i change the way a player makes a shot? like lary birds release?

It's best to save a roster file then edit the dbf files stored in the appropriate save folder. That way, you can easily re-load the modified roster.
