Can someone explain me what the boundary force field is and its exact effect in the gameplay? Thanks a lot.

It affects how easy it will be for you to step out of bounds un-intentionally.
A high setting will make it harder for you to step out of bounds, and a low setting will make it easy for you to step out of bounds.

Let's say you’re running along the sideline and start to move slightly towards the line. A high setting will make your player stay on the court basically...

This setting affects the foul frequency when you push players to get them out of bounds?

No. But I do suppose it would be harder for you to push them out of bounds, thus causing a foul...
