live 2004 playoff mode

I can't get playoff mode to work ... I go to it ... and like I have to choose default (03-04 teams) and if I goto custom it won't let me put in what teams I want .... any ideas... and anyone know where I can find Nba live 2004 1.1 update ... I still have 1.0.0.4 might be the problem

I think its because of bobcats...they think you'll choose bobcats so they wont let you customise because for some reason you can't play Dynasty or season or playoff mode with bobcats
