Boston and Hornets 05 alternates

Hi, sorry kobe8rice41 but I feel the need to also release my Hornets 05 alternate as well as the Celtics alternate for Live 2004. I'm still waiting for some better patching tools for '05, so in the meantime I will play both games probably....
