Please Help!!!!!!!!!!!

yo guys i need help. for one of my patches. he works in 1 on 1, individual practice an when u view him in the roster. but then when i play a game all i get is a black head. do u guys know what could be the problem?

nvm i re-installed the game an the prob is fixed. thnx for not helpin me. :wink: :D
