Can all gear stuff in 04 be functionable in 03 as well?

As everyone are working on 04 and my PC can only play 03........ are those 04's stuff compatible in 03?

Possibly, but most files would require conversion ie. cyberface .fsh files can be imported but headshape files cannot.
