Another thing..At the beginnine of the game..Go to the computer side..Go to gameplay settings and playbook...And turn the defensive pressure up high....This will make the game TOUGH!

1. Improved Offense/Spacing Movement/IQ

*Go to “Edit Players” and Turn “Offensive Awareness/”Defensive Awareness up to 99 Do this for EVERY player in the game. It results in smoother gameplay and players use “Logic” instead of just coming down court and launching the 3 point shot!

2. Improved Post Game/Inside Scoring

*Go to “Edit Players” Turn “Inside Scoring” and “Offensive Rebounds” up, For Centers and
Put them about 70 the average player maybe 70 and a superstar like Tim Duncan put up
To 85 or more etc, For the Guards put it up to 55 or more again you vary from player to
Player depending on players status in the game, EG Kobe Bryant inside Scoring won’t be
the same as Rod Strickland etc

3. Improved Vertical Leap/Dunking

• I was fed up with Allen Iverson not being able to dunk, I wanted to make it so his dunks were good for his height but not unrealistic, So I decided to implement my OWN
Dunk/Jumping idea, Which is say a player like Jason Richardson has a 38 Inch Standing leap in REAL life then put 38 on the “Jumping Slider” Now that’s his real jump and to make him dunk realistically with those hops etc set his “Dunking Rating” to DOUBLE what is vertical is eg..Vince is 40 inches so I put his dunk at 80 etc (Although I put his standing leap at 35 in mine, and this surprisingly results in better dunking realism and dunks the player would be able to perform in real life with those hops etc!

4. Improved Freestyle Effectiveness/Dribbling etc

*Often try to go to the Rack with say Tracy McGrady but somehow JUST COULD NOT get
around a player the likes of Jason Collins?...Well now I have a solution for that. Which is
Go to “edit Player” adjust each players speed and quickness rating, Make a gap of at
LEAST 40 between forward and Guards EG..Jarron Collins I put his speed to 40 and
His quickness to 25, I did this for most forward and centers BAR the athletic quick guys
Like KG, Chris Bosh, Donnyel Marshall, Andrei Kirilenko etc, I put their speed to 55 and
Quickness to 35, I put most guards speed to about 75 speed 75 quickness, Although it
Vary because Tony Parker speed is not going to be the same as Erick Strickland, Or Kobe
Will not be the same as Joe Johnson etc, Adjust this accordlingly..When you have done
This to EVERY player in the game you will notice PG can NOW break forward and the
Speed of the game is much more improved….

5. Improved Offensive/Rebounding

• I was annoyed at the fact I only had 2 offensive rebounds in a 12 minute game so I decided to take DRASTIC action, I put offensive rebounding to 100 and defensive rebounding to 30 for both CPU and USER, I then went to “Edit Player” an put his defensive rebounding down to about 40 for forwards 50 for centers and 20 for PG’S and 30 for SG’S, This helped a LOT, I was able to get second chance buckets and “and 1” because of it, I had 15 offensive in the game the CPU had 17 in a game after the edits..

These are all the adjustments I have made, if you want help on making it more realsitc with other ratings etc then contact me, Enjoy!
