Simple question that I feel shy to ask

How can I change those ratings massively in players.dbf using Microsoft Access? I mean I try to work out some coefficients, but I hate to change the ratings one by one, I mean that consumes too much time for me.

The easiest method is to use the NBA Live 2003 Toolkit (it will work with most of the values for NBA Live 2004), specifically the Mega Modifier. The MS Access 2000 version of the Toolkit will work with later versions of Microsoft Access.

The Mega Modifier allows you to make mass changes to player ratings as well as Years Pro.

However when I browse there, or trying to download the live 2003 toolkit, both of the link fails.

Could you send me an email with that program or any other methods?
