Problem needs to be addressed!

There have been several issues with games crashing in Live 04. Several members including myself have asked for your help but you guys dont seem to care because it hasnt happened to you yet. It is a serious problem and it needs to be addressed or atleast given troubleshooting tips.

it crashes whenever it wants to...
it could crash in 10 mins. or 60 mins. or 25 mins. it has no definite time to crash actually. i just played a game for 6 mins that suddenly crashed while other times live was running for an hr without crashing. nothin is wrong wit my vid card. i have been using this 1 since live 2003 it is perfectly fine.

Ok...if you really want to be helped you need to be more specific.
HOw can we help you if you just say "I use patches"?????? :roll:

First, just to make it clear, many patches require customart to be turned on. Is your customart on?

If it is on, you need the official EA patch, otherwise the game crashes.

If your customart is off, then what patches have you installed? Ben's roster for example, require the EA patch as well, because the rosters has a lot of custom teams...more than those that the game can support. The EA patch fixes this problem.

Just give us more details.

my advice is not to use customart if you are, i had a lot of problems with the game crashing so i switched to loading the patches the .viv way using the EA graphics editer which you can dload from here. ive had no problems since.

you actually don't have the right to get mad...its not like this is the official ea tech support site. this is a fansite for god's sake...your might've been addressed already but you just didnt search the forums.

anyway, im guessing you probably have customart on,as some patches require it, without the ea patch...
