Minimum salary point amount

Can anyone tell me how many points a minimum salary counts against your cap. I'm using Detroit and want to try and sign Kobe at the end of my 2nd dynasty year but i'm not sure how many points i will have after some of my minimum contracts clear at years end.

Also a multi-year contract: if a player is earning, say, 800,000 does that count per year against the cap or is the 800 the total amount counted against the cap, regardless of years.

Any help or info would be great. Thanks.

The minimum in the game = 30.000 I think.

The max is 300.000.

I'm not sure, but I think I'm correct.
