how do you make a cyberface the same exact color as the bhed

When i try to make cyberfaces I can not get the side of my cyberface to blend in with the bhed but when I download patches all you guys have the side of the cyberfaces the same skintone blended in perfectly what technique do you guys use and are you suppose to merge both layers together before blending and how do you blend Ireally need to know because I am going on vacation and I really need to learn how to blend? who ever responds with a detailed response I promise I will never ever bother you guys again? Thanks

thanks but I tried that tutorial and the pics dont work I just like wanna know what you do to blend because I think youve made a couple of great patches.
