ERROR WHEN TRYING TO INSTALL THE GAME

When I get to the second disk, I get this error:

"problem occured when trying to transfer the file E:render/xtam.viv from the media

is this a bad disk, or is it something else?

Clean the disc and if that doesnt help, take it back to the shop. I personly wouldnt even clean the disc, if you scratch it when ur cleaning they might not let you exchange at the shop!
