New Rosters in middle of season!!!

Is there any way of putting in a new roster in the middle of a season so u dont have to start over cuz i dont wanna start my clips dynasty over with the new rosters!!

It's a little difficult, since overwriting dbf files with roster updates will wipe season data (notably player statistics). I think a couple of people have succeeded in importing data using MS Access, but I'm not familiar with the process myself.
