CAN ANYONE HELP ME????? PLEASE!!

Right now I am really frustrated and so far, no one has been able to answer my question. 2 days ago I just bought an XFX NVidia GeForce MX4000 graphics card to replace my default one that came with the computer and today I installed it. I followed the instructions and installed the drivers. I then installed Live 04 and ran it. Everything was fine until I get to the front end menu where the players of your favorite team are shooting and dribbling the basketball around the court. But for me, there is a major problem. I CANT SEE ANY PLAYERS!! Everything is there, except the players, the ball is there, the stadium shows up, and hoops, rims all that. Everything except the players. Now I had this same problem before when I had the old card in here because it didnt have one of the required chipsets. Now I do, yet the players still dont show up nor the player portraits on the side in the rosters. I installed Direct X 9.0a also and still didnt work. I dont know what to do because Im not a big computer wiz so PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!! Because I really want to play this game.

try loading one of the rosters!

And also make sure your xplayer file is in the right folder!
