What's the best way to pack bskn files when saving???

When saving a pasted "bskn" or "bhed" on EAGEditor tool, what's the best process to pack those files?
I mean:
- Mipmaps (4, 5, 6,....?)
- There are 4 choices to pack. Which one is the best? DTX, LZ...????
- 160, 80, .......dpi
Please, I need some advice, that's my weakness when patching!!!!
