Bad OEdit Problem!!!

I have OEdit and can't seem to apply textures to my .o files. At NBALiveTurkey.tk they said to change the path of the shortcut to add in "/rgbemulation" to see the textures. Nothing! the preview window is still black! I've tried bmp's fsh's jpg's png's gif's you name it, I've tried it. I don't want to have to put the .o and face into the game everytime I make a little change to be able to see the face! I want to be able to see it in OEdit. This would cut down on my cyberface editing time immensely and would be greatly appreciated.
