Help with salary cap in Dynasty

Somehow my default salary cap has been lowered to 1,000,000 points.

Is there a .dbf I need to alter? How can I bring this back to normal and what is the default value?

The salary cap file (salary.ini) is located in C:\Program Files\EA SPORTS\NBA Live 2004\felogic. If you installed the game to a folder other than the default, subsitute the appropriate path before felogic.
