ANDREW, ANYONE, HELP!!! logo patching problem

I have created a custom team, but for some reason I cannot get my xportbck logo to work. do u know any turoials out there? I changed the settings to match the original fsh files(like Spurs' sn.fsh), but it still doesn't work. there's no problem in importing it, & the game doesn't crash, but when I view a player, the face doesn't show up & the xportbck logo isn't there, it's just blank.

anyone please...I really need ur help. any tip would be greatly appreciated.
