I want to know if I buy an old nba live like 2002 or 2001 or 2003 can I download the rosters and custom face and custom courts on that game if I could what do u have to do to put it on the game I am a beginner

NBA Live 2004 patches will not work with earier versions of NBA Live. You could probably convert some of the art patches if you have experiencing working with EA art files, but otherwise no, you can't use Live 2004 patches with previous Lives (and especially not with Live 2002, which wasn't made for the PC. )

when you have it pc do you have alot of memory so I can use all those patches and when you download te patches where do you download them to

Installation instructions for various patches have been posted many times before over in the Patching Issues section. I'm afraid I don't understand the other part of your question.
