HELP with renaming songs! Please, I'm desperate.

Dude, I've been trying alllllll night and day to get these damn songs straight! I've tried every little thing I can think of, and have looked over the tutorial numerous times with no luck whatsoever.
So, if someone could please take the time to explain it more clearly to me, it'd be much appreciated. But what would be much MORE appreciated is if someone could actually do this list for me and send me the file through e-mail @ whiteboyOLP@hotmail.com

Midtown - "Faulty Foundation"
Story of the Year - "Razorblades and Cupcakes"
Taking Back Sunday - "Ghost Man On Third"
Juliana Theory - "Into the Dark"
Our Lady Peace - "Is It Safe?"

Story of the Year - "Sidewalks"
Our Lady Peace - "Dirty Walls"

*you can use "S.O.T.Y." for Story of the Year if it's more convenient.
*just use "NBA Live Rock Trax" for the albums names, cuz I don't feel like looking them all up.

I think there might be a songs.dbf. I don't know though, you'll have to see for yourself.
