getnba2kx install help

I have a fairly simple task for anyone that is used to using the program getnba2kx.....i have an install set up so it installs to the main live directory, from there i want a SMrostersonly.bat to be opened by the .bat runnning from the main live folder....can anyone help me out? it's appreciated
