Graphics are bad!

I have a very fast system, and a 9500/9700 Radeon Pro and for some reason my graphics are shitty. I have the detail settings at max. The graphics for live look better on ps2 than my computer, i know something is wrong there....HELP!

No change in graphics after changing resolution, any more ideas?

Then you didn't change the resolution.
Change the resolution and graphics in the main menu! Not during a game!
Set the resolution to 1280*1024*32.
Then hit F12 and upload it and show us

1024x768x16 is the highest resolution setting it will go up to
