Need help editing standings

Does anyone know how to edit the standings in a dynasty? I has screwed up the rosters for Denver and New Orleans and for the last 12 games they had been shutout every time so I went into the schedule.dbf and edited some of their games based on who they played and how they had been playing before this happened and now the standings still say theyre at their old records but when I go to "Match-up Review" it says a different record??

Even though it would appear to be possible through DBF editing, editing the appropriate fields in teams.dbf does not seem to have any affect. You could try editing the win/loss fields in both teams.dbf and tmcareer.dbf, but I can't guarantee that it will work.

thanks andrew yeah i thought maybe editing the teams.dbf might work too but it didnt do anything in the standings section yet in the match-up review it says the correct records? so i hope it wont affect anything come playoff time

You might want to simulate to the end of the season to make sure. Did you make a backup of your Dynasty before making the changes, in case there are problems?

yeah i've got a back up of before i did those changes i could just sim up to where im at now
