no icon patch + central div. jerseys

I can't find the no icon patch which gets rid of the player specialty icons. I've dled it before but then I had to reinstall.

Also, the central div jerseys from nbalive.org aren't working for me. All the other ones work for some reason. Does anybody else have them?
