Discussion about NBA Live 2004.
Wed Apr 07, 2004 9:03 am
this is the topic where we post the "All Team Teams!" like example "The All Laker Team" liek the starting center would be Wilt Chamberlain, The Backup Center Would Be Shaq, Kobe Would Be In There, And Ect. I'll post all teams we have so far on this post, (BTW This Can Only Be Done With The PC Version) and we can debate about players, and it'll be fun. And if theres a player the requires a CAP please post the CAP (so i can link to it on the players name on the roster, like you clikc the players name and it brings you to a CAP)

The Knicks, from someone who never saw the great teams of the late 60s and 70s play, but got some appreciation for them from the family.
C - Patrick Ewing (duh)
PF - Dave DeBushere
SF - Bernard King
SG - Allan Houston
PG - Walt "Clyde" Frazier
Backups:
C - Willis Reed
PF - Charles Oakley
SF - Latrell Sprewell
SG - Earl "The Pearl" Monroe (SG, right?)
PG - Stephon Marbury
Somehow Bill Bradley should be on this list, but I don't recall their positions. Someone help me out.
As for the Nets, look at this year's team and you have PG, SF and PF. For center... amazingly, I'd say Jayson Williams. What was Dr. J's position? Obviously he should make the list. Beyond that, there's not much to say.
OK, so Nets:
C - Jayson Williams (better than Bradley for sure)
PF - DC in his prime or KMart, your choice...
SF - Dr. J
SG - Drazen Petrovic (how could I forget?)
PG - Jason Kidd
Backups:
C - Shawn Bradley (yikes!)
PF - DC or Kmart
SF - Richard Jefferson
SG - Kerry Kittles probably
PG - Kenny Anderson or Stephon Marbury or Sam Cassell
Edit: whoops, Nets for last paragraph. Added suggestions too.

This was obviously the toughest team because the little history of this team. Most of these players are from this year's team, but its a pretty good team when you put everyone together. No hall of famers

DC == Derrick Coleman (not sure of spelling)
Edit: I can't wait for this list to be a roster patch. I'd love to play as the All-Knicks team. BTW, I have "playoff tickets" for the Knicks. Well, I ordered them, so now let's see if they actually make it.

Does it matter if we duplicate?
Put KG with twolves. Charles Barkley, Kevin Johnson, Shawn Marion, Amare Stoudemire even Stephon Marbury with Suns... Kobe Bryant with Lakers (obviously), Tmac, Shaq and Penny with Orlando. Karl Malone and John Stockton with Jazz. Mitch Richmond with Washington. Vince Carter with raptors. Gary Payton, Shawn Kemp with Sonics. David Robinson, Dennis Rodman with Spurs. Alonzo Mourning with Hornets and Heat. Kareem Abdul-Jabbar with Bucks. Elton Brand with Clippers. Jermaine O'Neal, Reggie Miller with Pacers. Steve Francis with Rockets. Sprewell, Chris Mullen with golden state. Tim Hardaway with Golden state and Heat. Joe Dumars and what's his name with Detroit. i think it's pretty safe to put melo with nuggets and lebron with cavs. Nowitzki and Nash can go to Dallas.. maybe finley. I don't know why you haven't put Michael Jorden in the bulls side yet, isn't that a no brainer? put him there. Scottie Pippen, Dennis Rodman and Horace Grant could go there too. Dikembe Mutombo can go with Atlanta.. or denver.
Why is Ben Wallace with portland?

1st post Is COMPLETELY updated, and well my plan is to make a roster save, and have it with the "All [INSERT NBA TEAM NAME HERE] Team" Instead of actuall teams, (and mybe some extra teams which I do not know of lol) but i need a few things,
1. the "Fan Chosen" rosters (which you guys, especially 'Webber The King') are helping me with I'll try to give credt to all of ya that help in the "README"
2. CAPS for the Players that are CAPS (which I have maybe 1 or 2 of lol)
3. CAPS For The Coaches which... isnt coming that well due to lack of pictures lol
but remember my motto... "Always Give Credit When Credit Is needed" so you'll all get credit.
