Something veeeeeeeeery weird happening with my franchise

Alright....after about 8-10 hours of goin thru much much bullshit, trial and error, and all else, I thought things were going good. For my 2005 offseason, I had 64 created rookies, and I planned to place them all on teams. I did all necessary, after realizing much of what I did was messing me up. I finally finished, and when I open the toolkit at DBCommander, all of the teams look perfect. I deleted all of the generated rookies, and replaced them with created ones. All players have unique IDs and everything, and this was my second season doing this so I did the same thing the previous year and all worked.

However....when I finally opened up the correct season in NBA Live, something very stupid appeared to take place. The rosters look as if they have many errors in it. One of the main errors is that some of the rookies that I am pretty sure to have deleted from the players.dbf file, are still appearing on the team. I can't even explain how much is wrong with the rosters when I open it on live. Most of the imported players are showing up, but the rosters are all out of order, although I am 100% sure every roster is on point and each player is assigned to a different roster position.

Can anybody tell what is going wrong with this???
