Edit aiact.viv to diable the "catch up" code!?

Has anybody try to edit the aiact.viv under the ai folder? I found two interesting line in this file.

w;defcatchuprun;defcatchuprun;defcatchuprun;;.

ff;defcatchuprun;md

It seems to turn to the catch up code by default. I tried to edit this code but I failed. Maybe you guys can try and see if you can make it.
