How to make Dynasty Mode work for League Patches!

Make sure that you have at least 10 players with a rating above 85.

I think the real minimum is an 83 rating with 6 players. but to be sure make it 85 and at least 10 players. this is because the overall rating of a player may dip the next season.


What's the reason for all this?

It's because of the Inside STuff Magazine. Take a look at the names of the players at the lower right corner of the magazine. they all have a rating of 83+. If you dont have enough players with an 83+ rating, the game won't be able to find players to put in the magazine. thus, the game will hang after training camp. ( The magazine appears right after training camp. )

Also, just skip "TRade Players" and "Lottery Draft "after each season. You can trade players once the season begins anyway.

The PBA LIve team has discovered this while making the rosters for the PBA Live 2004 MOd. It only has ten teams and I have tested it up to year 10 and havent found any other problems.

yup this got me over the hump of training camp and into dynasty, now i jsut gota get past a playoff bug i'm having (codebase error in teams.dbf when trying to enter playoffs....)
