Catalyst 4.2 and NBA Live 2004 Problems?

Anybody experiencing this?

Whenever you play NBA Live 2004 and go to EASPORTSONLINE and play a game, at the end of the game when you are to go back to the lobby, the desktop appears to hang showing you a little tine desktop screen and all black. Like it is having problems switching resolutions.
