the files in nbalive2004 what can i erase in render flder.

im trying to save harddrive space on my cpu in the render file am i able to delete the such files as player.viv and team.viv001 will it affect my game anyway by deleting them in my render file its about 14gig . please help thanks again jon :(

:lol: Anything u delete in the RENDER folder will cause the game to crash, everything is needed. If your looking for things to delete, u could probably get rid of Music, try deleting xsong 1-14 and xmsong 1-14, im pretty sure u can continue without the music, commentry and intro movie.

Alternatively, you could re-install the game and select a Custom Installation. That way you could choose which files will be installed to your hard drive and which will be read from the CD.

not render folder but player xcommon_002.viv or xcourt_0003.viv not the xcommon.viv files if i reinstall the game would that i have to install all the patches from scratch.

I take it you're not using CustomArt then? If you use CustomArt, then you can still choose not to install the art files.

im using vivmagic and eagraph to install the render files and i dont mean the the xplayer, xteam, xstaduim but the xplayer.viv_001 i extracted using the vivmagic

In that case, I recommend leaving the art files but deselecting something else using a custom installation...the sound files, for example.

he think he meant if he can delete the backups left by eazip....
eg xteam.viv001 xteam.viv002 etc...

if your games not crashing right now and you need that few hundred mb desperately....why not~
