I've just released new court patches for Denver, Portland, Chicago, New York & the Lakers. I've also updated my Milwaukee and Boston courts. Make sure you check out the install instructions, since I've had occassional trouble with the "Permanent Install" method.

Yeah, I know I released them a few days ago (except for Denver), but I forgot to post it on this forum. So this is just an announcement for anybody that hasn't gone to nbalive.org in few days.

Hey man, great court patches. But, i thought that the knicks court is now just a solid orange in the key and clear around the back of the free throw line.

Alright, I fixed the Knicks court. In addition to getting rid of the blues circles, I also updated the floor texture and tweaked the backboard color.
I've also released another new court. The Indiana Court has completely redesigned backboards, new floor texture, the words "conseco fieldhouse" on the floor and the usual color fixes and narrower court lines that I do in all my court patches.

nice courts as always bchogan.. BTW, the Sacramento logo along the baseline of you arco arena court patch is mispelled. It only says SACRMENTO.. the A is missing. I'm not sure if you have already corrected this, if you have then sorry my bad. :lol:

Crap! Thanks for pointing that out - I had to make all those letters from scratch, based on a barely visable baseline in an nba.com photo, so I guess I wasn't paying close enough attention to what I was doing. I'll fix it asap.
And I'm trying to patch all the courts, so I'll get to each court eventually.

It sounds like either the incrt.o file or the incrt.fsh file didn't install. If you did the permanent install, try running it again and see if there are any "Warning" messages in the ms-dos window before closing the window. If there's a warning about the viv size or xcourt.viv, those two files didn't get installed. The only solution I know is to delete the xcourt.viv and xstadium.viv files and use the backups you should have made before installing any of my patches - make sure to back them up again before reinstalling the courts. If you didn't make backups, the only way to get "clean" copys of the files is to reinstall the game, since you can't seem to copy those files from the cd (at least I can't find them).
I've had more problems with the permanent install option lately, so I just started using the custom art option instead (since there's now an unofficial patch that stops the custom art from crashing the game).

Alright. Sacramento's court has been updated to v2.0. I fixed the spelling of "SACRAMENTO", changed the floor/wood texture and adjusted some of the court lines. Get it at http://www.nbalive.org/
Again, refer to my previous post about the problems of the Permanent Install option.

Also, bchogan, if you can update memphis court would be nice. the logo in the middlle has changed to the claw with the red circle thingy just like on the side lines of the court. As always, wonderful word. thanks
