dbf change hairstyles and wallace armbands

sorry if this is posted somewhere else but it isn't clear to me yet. can i change hairstyles with db commander? i mean i want to change ben wallace's hairstyle (cornrows instead of afro) and armbands (his nfz bands were banned so i want to put him normal ones) but I am not sure if i can do it only through db commander
