New Rosters for an IP Direct Connect game?

Is there anyway to use downloaded new rosters for an IP Direct Connect game or does it have to be default. I want to use the Celtics, but don't want Antoine to be there since a trade happened.

load the roster before you connect to your opponent
if you do a lineup switch using the team management after the roster is loaded it will become the default roster then after you wont have to load the roster each time u restart the game
