How can I access the All-Decade Teams or Legends? plz help!!

I've seen numerous patches that include legends, but a I've also read in the game's info section that all-decade teams are already in the game. built-in by Ea Sports Canada. and Nlsc backs it up: http://www.sportplanet.com/nbalive/nba2004/index.shtml

edit the "player.DBF" using a DB Command Editor

By All-Decade teams, we mean the 90s All-Stars, 80s All-Stars, etc.

You can sign Legends to your team in the Sign Free Agent menu. Just toggle Free Agents to Legends Pool.
